* and zoos throughout the world.

and now we return to Paws4ever, one of the special places I teach, and I look forward to seeing you there.

At this training you will learn how TTouch activates both hemispheres of our brain, enhancing compassion and our ability to focus and think clearly. I love to share my concepts of the gifts our animals bring to our lives, which is at the heart of TTouch. We will learn to use ‘Orca Breathing’ and Tellington TTouch to be in heart coherence, and discover the effect they have on the willingness of our animals to focus, to listen and to learn. I love to share my concepts of the gifts our animals bring to our lives – this is the ‘Heart of TTouch.’

You will learn to use the Body Blessing and the ‘Magic Three’ TTouches – Ear TTouch, Mouth TTouch and Heart Hugs – to reduce your own stress and enhance your well-being. I’m constantly learning and exploring ways to teach TTouch so that it’s fun and easy to learn. My passion is sharing TTouch, along with the inspiring work of visionaries Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden and Lynn McTaggart, in ways that give each one of us the means to change the world one TTouch at a time.

I hope you will join me.

Paws4ever

There are also some special things to say about the Mebane Paws4ever TTouch Training. Paws4ever is an animal shelter and sanctuary with a 50 year history of animal advocacy in the Chapel Hill area, which, in addition to it’s first-rate Adoption Center, has a large indoor training facility. Here’s why you might want to come:

* The training center provides a very comfortable learning environment for both human and dog students. For the humans: It’s bright, has safe comfortable flooring, a kitchenette for snacks and lots of space to work in. For the dogs: The main training room has three doorways, which makes it easy for shy or reactive dogs to avoid running into tricky situations.

* The sanctuary has a lot of lovely outside space for work or play. Time outdoors provides great downtime for both two- and four-legged students during a busy week.

* And . . . the Adoption Center is right next door – with lots of dogs and cats waiting for TTouch!

Tellington TTouch in animal shelters

Tellington TTouch enthusiasts are committed to helping rescue and shelter animals be the best they can be – so they can quickly find forever homes. Having the opportunity to work with shelter animals is a very special experience for our students. Our goal is to not only help students learn the techniques and tools of Tellington TTouch, but to also have the chance to apply the method to working with often fearful and stressed shelter animals, hopefully improving those animals’ possibility of adoption. That is a win for all involved!

Paws4ever Adoption Center

There are lots of animals available for adoption. Here are two you could be meeting when at the training! You can perhaps see how TTouch might help them.

Ocean the cat

Ocean: “When I came to Paws4ever, I was a mess and it took me a while to trust my new human friends and surroundings. I am much better now–although, I still like my own space!”

And here’s Duncan

Duncan: "I'm a gung-ho kind of hound! I love life and live it to the fullest. I get most excited about treats - I LOVE FOOD - but I also go bananas for a good hike where I can use my hound nose to investigate all the great smells. Because I'm strong and can be a bit overwhelming for those who aren't ready for me, I'm looking for a home with an experienced dog handler and no kids."
